BRASS ON THE SQUARE WITH GOODWICK BRASS BAND

Join us on The Square from 11:00am for a rousing session from the Award Winning Goodwick Brass Band. The Community Band will be entertaining us for 2 hours (until 1:00pm), so come along at your leisure and enjoy the wealth of talent that is Goodwick Brass Band! (Please feel free to give generously to our bucket collection to support the festival!).

Did you know?
Goodwick Brass was originally formed in 1911 by Mr Lake the headmaster of the local school, sadly nearly a quarter of a century later despite surviving the war years, for reasons unknown the band later disbanded in around 1936. Fortunately, the band was reformed in 1987 by John Evans and since then has grown from strength to strength, it now has both an active senior band, community band and youth band which takes its membership from a wide cross section of the community from all over Pembrokeshire.
